Our company is located in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 14,000 square meters. the new plant is under construction in 20 acres of new applications.
Quanshun has strong technical force, has a highly qualified management, technology, testing, production team, with a complete and effective quality assurance system and reliable production process, with 1650 tons, 800 tons extruder, can produce various kinds of specifications of aluminum rods, exhaust, profiles; 1600 tons, 1,000 tons, 630 tons, 400 tons, 300 tons friction press machines can produce diametre 5mm to 800mm aluminum forging parts. The advanced mold frame, heat treatment,quenching,aging,surface treatment and CNC center equipments can meet the customers' all kinds of requirements.
From the raw materials squeezed, mold development, forging, to the heat treatment and finishing---- the entire process can be completed in our factory. One stop service can save the customers labor cost and transportation costs maximally.
